ovverossia: tuna with onion!
place and common ground without fear of contradiction that I (and I even have the audacity to publish the pictures !!!!!) absolute ugliest of all the blogosphere past, present and future, I propose a simple dish but very tasty .
Having been recently in Trapani (home of the traps and good tuna here in Sicily), I had the wish to replicate!
you require:
of good tuna steaks (I found bluefin tuna)
little flour for bread (I recommend: unsalted !!!!)
onions (now depends on which used the Calabria would be the ideal that are more tiny, I only found the yellow and I used 2 and small hail)
half cup of vinegar + one teaspoon of sugar for salt and sour
extra virgin olive oil.
first fried slices of tuna with flour and fry in oil evo hot and set aside. In the meantime you have
thinly sliced \u200b\u200bonions (I used the slicer of tupperware): Let them stew in the same oil where you fried the fish. When they are cooked, add the slices of fish and the bittersweet mixture, add salt and cook everything for a few minutes.
