Faccio impastare tutto a Filomena (la Mdp) e verso sulla leccarda rivestita di carta oleata. Condisco a piacere, con ingredienti svuotafrigo e lascio lievitare nel forno spento 2-3 0re. Inforno a 200°C ed รจ pronta. E' leggera e si vedono bene gli alveoli nell'impasto.
