Do you think s.. Luck! We at Carnival and I can not eat all those lovely little things that are greasy so bad, especially the line, but I love them so much! However, considering that you can "eat" with your eyes, I'm pleased. Do not believe it but I'm managing to convince car .. the rest I do for my health .... I'm credible?

Ingredients for 6:

50g butter 4 eggs 300g flour


25g sugar 2 tablespoons yogurt 3 tablespoons Cognac

1 lemon (preferably untreated)

sugar salt oil for frying



Soften the butter, then, pour the flour on a pastry board. Add the egg yolks, sugar, softened butter, salt, cognac and lemon zest. During this time, as you noted, are not very operative. Unfortunately, this does not give me a stomach ache respite, so I just put the rest in the kitchen ... I can not leave, so I post a recipe from her cousin Anna, who is a super cook, do not tell you who knows the sweet do! Better not to think about it ... This roll is really tasty raw and robiola, inter alia, as to be served cold, it can also be prepared the day before. Let me know ..


INGREDIENTS:
500gr di spinaci lessati e strizzati
5 tuorli
50gr di grana
un pizzico di sale
un po' di pepe
50gr di gherigli di noci
5 albumi montati a neve
250-300gr di robiola
buccia e qualche goccia di limone
260gr di prosciutto crudo


Frullate gli spinaci con i tuorli, il grana, il sale e le noci. A parte montate gli albumi e uniteli al composto, facendo molta attenzione nel mescolare, per non smontare il tutto. Bagnate un foglio di carta forno, strizzatelo e rivestite una teglia. Adagiatevi il composto in uno strato sottile ed infornate a 190° per 10 minuti. Aiutandovi con la carta forno, arrotolate il composto, possibilmente stretto, e fatelo raffreddare. Nel frattempo worked robiola adding drops of lemon, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
