Phoenix Az Stomach Flu

Do you think s.. Luck! We at Carnival and I can not eat all those lovely little things that are greasy so bad, especially the line, but I love them so much! However, considering that you can "eat" with your eyes, I'm pleased. Do not believe it but I'm managing to convince car .. the rest I do for my health .... I'm credible?
Pappano will mean that all my friends!


Ingredients for 6:

50g butter 4 eggs 300g flour


25g sugar 2 tablespoons yogurt 3 tablespoons Cognac

1 lemon (preferably untreated)

sugar salt oil for frying



Soften the butter, then, pour the flour on a pastry board. Add the egg yolks, sugar, softened butter, salt, cognac and lemon zest. While mixed, incorporated the yogurt, until dough is smooth and soft (if you can even add a little 'milk), then pull it with a rolling pin, until a thin sheet. Cut it into strips about 1cm wide and 15cm long. Grease cylinders and roll them overlapping the edges. Dip rolls in hot oil until the pastry is golden, then drain on paper towels and remove the chips are still hot. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if you want you can serve with whipped cream.
