Yesterday at the supermarket I found some beautiful artichokes, I like a lot, in different ways ... so I decided to dust off an old recipe .
is prepared in half an hour and, in my opinion, is a second more satisfactory.
Ingredients for 6:
4 artichokes
butter 5 eggs
oil 2-3 tablespoons milk salt and pepper
removing leaves and thorns of the toughest artichokes, wash them, cut them into pieces and put them in water and lemon not to make them black. After having made
drain, put them in a pan with a little 'oil and a bit' of water, cover with lid and cook for about ten minutes, season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, beat eggs, salt and pepper and then add 2 or 3 tablespoons of milk (you regulator). Grease a pan with high sides, line up the artichokes, leaving no gaps, pour the beaten eggs and bake in a hot oven, about 220 °, per una decina di minuti.
Quando il flan sarà gonfio, tipo soufflé, toglietelo dal forno e servitelo caldissimo.
Attenzione: le uova non si devono rapprendere troppo!
