came perfect! perfect recipe for cooking in the mythical Pentolina: exactly 5 min of high heat and top 45 medium-low flame

6 eggs 250 g cake flour 125 grams of
Frumina /
starch 300 g of sugar (cane)
125 ml of milk ( confess: I used the water!)
125 ml oil
one packet of yeast
sweet aroma to taste: lemon, orange etc etc
(you can also varied: half of dough "white" and the other half add the cocoa)
Put sugar in mixing bowl: 30 sec. vel. Turbo (TM31 10 sec. Vel. 8). Combine oil, eggs, milk, vanilla and salt: 30 sec. vel. 6 (TM31 20 sec. Vel.5). Add, cover the hole with moving blades vel. 4, flour and starch: 15 sec. vel. 4:15 sec. vel. 7 (TM31 add blades without flour and starch: 20 sec. Vel.6). Combine yeast: 6 sec. vel. 4.
(for those who did not have the Thermomix: working long and hard eggs and sugar - about 20 min-add milk and oil mixed together always flush mounting, add the flour and yeast mixture gradually more fitting)
Put the dough in the oven pan well greased and floured
Place covered pot on the stove and spargifiamma average, put the throttle for 5 min. and then to a minimum (not really .. a minimum average !!!). Bake for about 50 min by controlling the holes.
