Text Message Log Sprint

pizzettine galore


found online and saved in my database from time immemorial, I finally decided to try them and I must say is very good and very easy and, unfortunately, leads to another!
I've made mini version, but you can also do a bit 'bigger

ingredients (I did double dose)
250 gr.
125 grams of flour.
water 1 egg yolk
25 gr. (.... soy butter ...)
10 gr.
8 grams of sugar. salt

in total I used a loaf of yeast

tomato sauce to your taste (I put a bit 'of onion) chopped Santalucia
scamorza + (melt better)

Mix all ingredients. The pasta should be a bit 'sticky. Let rise
put on it a little flour in a sheltered place.
Spread the dough and cut the pizza with a small pastry rings (or a glass of liquor with the pastry rings ... I do not have it !!!!)
Sprinkle with tomato, basil, mozzarella ed un po' di sale.
Lasciare nuovamente lievitare e cuocere in forno giĆ  caldo.
Se si lasciano a mezza cottura e si omette momentaneamente il formaggio, sono congelabilissime. Basta ripassarle da congelate in forno caldo cospargendole di parmigiano e strafogarsi!
